This policy applies specifically to the Oscar Glint Growth application and the data processed through it, including data accessed via Meta's APIs and platforms.

From Meta Platforms (via API authorization):

When you authorize our App through Meta's login or Business Manager, we may access:

  • Ad account data (campaigns, ad sets, ads, budgets, and performance metrics)
  • Business Manager and Facebook Page information
  • Pixel data and custom audience configurations associated with your ad accounts
  • Advertising ID and identifiers associated with your Meta account
  • Billing and spend data relevant to campaign management
  • Insights and analytics data tied to your ad accounts

From You Directly:

  • Name and business contact information
  • Email address
  • Business name, brand details, and campaign objectives
  • Any additional information you provide when onboarding or communicating with us

We process your data under the following legal bases:

  • Contractual necessity: Processing is required to deliver the advertising management services you have engaged us to provide.
  • Legitimate interests: We may process certain data to improve our services, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accurate reporting, where these interests are not overridden by your rights.

Advertising ID Disclosure

Our App accesses and processes Meta Advertising IDs and related identifiers as part of campaign targeting, audience building, and performance measurement. These identifiers are used solely to support the advertising services we provide to you and are not used to build independent user profiles or sold to third parties.

We use the information accessed through this App solely to:

  • Create, manage, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns on your behalf
  • Analyze ad performance and generate reports
  • Build and manage custom audiences as directed by you
  • Troubleshoot technical issues within your Meta ad accounts
  • Communicate with you about your campaigns and account

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Data Retention

We retain Meta account data only as long as necessary to fulfill our services or as required by applicable law. Upon termination of services, we will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days upon written request.

Data Deletion

You can also revoke our App's access to your Meta account at any time directly via:

Facebook Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites

Upon revocation, we will cease processing any new data from your Meta account and will delete existing data upon request.
